SACRAMENTO REGIONAL FIRE/EMS COMMUNICATIONS CENTER (SRFECC)
SRFECC Operations receives, and processes, 9-1-1 emergency and non-emergency Fire and EMS calls for service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We provide this service for citizens who reside and work within the Cities of Sacramento, Folsom, Elk Grove, Galt, Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, and the Isleton communities as well as many unincorporated areas of Sacramento County.
SRFECC has 12 phone and radio positions on their primary dispatch floor and has 6 call taking overflow positions. SRFECC’s P25 radio system is supported by Sacramento Regional Radio Communications System and they operate on a Motorola 800 MHz radio system. Our Dispatchers support the community, our constituents, and all Fire/EMS personnel within the 10 fire agencies we dispatch for. Specifically, they support River Delta Fire District emergency response while responding to 350 and 500 calls for service annually.
